How the Campus Alliance Program works

Two sequences. The office joins, then places certificates. The student signs up with the school email and uses what was sent, or the school price on their own.

For partners

From the first note to the desk

  1. 1

    The office writes

A career-services contact, or the person the school names, asks to join or asks a question. The note goes to connect@beeclat.com.

  2. 2

    BEECLAT confirms the school

We add the .edu domain only after the school is on the program. Until then, that address keeps the ordinary 10% school-email discount and nothing more.

  3. 3

    A login is opened

A Beester creates the partner account and sees a temporary password once. The welcome email does not contain it.

  4. 4

    The partner chooses a password

The first sign-in asks for a new password. If it is forgotten later, a 6-digit code arrives by email and expires in 10 minutes.

  5. 5

Certificates are bought one at a time

The desk sells a first month of Basic, Deluxe, or Premium, or one Résumé (CV) studio, at the Campus Alliance price. Payment is the school's. The certificate is not live for a student until it is assigned.

  6. 6

    A student email is named

The address must end with the school's own domain. The student receives the code and instructions. The partner receives a copy of that assignment.

  7. 7

    The desk keeps the record

It shows whether the code was redeemed, and how long it has been since it was sent. If the student has not used it, the office can change the email. The previous address can no longer redeem that code.

For students

From the school email to the first month

  1. 1

The note arrives, or they come on their own

A certificate email tells them the code and to use this same school address. A student can also sign up without a certificate and pay the Campus Alliance price.

  2. 2

    The account uses that .edu

Sign-up sends a code to the school email before the account exists. The certificate only matches the address the office assigned.

  3. 3

They redeem in the gift box

The same box used for any BEECLAT gift certificate. One code, once.

  4. 4

    Résumé (CV) studio is added

A studio certificate does not start a subscription. A submitted CV is read by an experienced HR professional and a specialized SI agent, the same as any other Résumé (CV) studio.

  5. 5

A plan still asks for a card

The first month is already paid by the certificate. Checkout explains that. If they keep the plan, later months bill at the Campus Alliance price then in effect. Turn off auto-renewal before that date and the card is not charged.

  6. 6

    A reassigned code stops

If the office moved the certificate to someone else, the old email is told to contact career services. Regular Campus Alliance prices are still available with the school email.
