How we work

From the application to the deposit. Seven steps. You are not in the pool, and you are not paid, until the earlier steps are done.

   Apply

   Tell us your hiring background. Tax forms and bank details are not on this form.

2. 2

   We review

   BEECLAT reads your application. Approval is about the hiring work you have done.

3. 3

   Onboard

   If you are approved: sign the notices, complete the W-9, add weekly pay details, and post your available hours.

4. 4

   Advisor Academy

   Finish the training slides and the short quiz. Until you do, you are not active and you do not receive invitations.

5. 5

   You go active

   You join the advisor pool. Candidates can invite you. You are not invited before this step.

6. 6

   Run the mock and write feedback report

   20 minutes live with one candidate, then about 10 minutes to write the feedback report. BEECLAT reviews the report. If it meets what we expect, we send it to the candidate.

7. 7

   Get paid

   $40 when the feedback report is delivered to the candidate. Pay is sent by weekly ACH to the account you added.
