How we got here
- We started in 2019.
- We saw good people miss jobs they should have gotten — not because they lacked the skill, but because no one practiced the interview with them.
- We built slowly on purpose: specialty by specialty, with coaches who have actually hired.
- We wanted you to sit down with a person and practice, not get rushed through a line.
Why the name
- Bee: hard work, a hive, a common good.
- Éclat: French for a burst of shining success.
- Together they are BEECLAT: being éclat. The glow that comes after the practice.
